Family Hour Ministry
Restoring the Biblical Family.
Rebuilding Kingdom Foundations.
In today’s fast-paced society, many parents and guardians struggle to find meaningful time to connect, communicate, and stay actively involved in the lives of their children. As a result, family bonds weaken, and many children and young people experience disconnection, emotional isolation, and a loss of identity.
When the family unit is not strengthened, young people often seek belonging and purpose in unhealthy environments — including negative peer groups and street cultures — searching for what the home was designed by God to provide: love, identity, security, and direction.
Recognising this growing need, God placed a deep burden and vision in Pastor Andrew’s heart in early 2024 to establish the Family Hour Ministry — a strategic Kingdom initiative focused on restoring unity, strengthening communication, and rebuilding the Biblical family structure.
At CKEM, we believe the family is the first institution created by God and the primary environment where Kingdom values are cultivated, identity is formed, and faith is nurtured. Healthy families produce healthy communities.
Through Family Hour, we seek to:

Strengthen parent-child relationships

Foster meaningful communication within households

Equip families with Biblical principles for daily living

Restore love, respect, and spiritual alignment in the home

Create safe spaces for intergenerational connection
As a Kingdom-driven church, one of our core objectives is to impact our local and global communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Family Hour Ministry serves as a practical and transformative expression of that mission — restoring families, rebuilding identity, and raising the next generation on a firm Biblical foundation.
When families are restored, communities are transformed.
When Kingdom values are lived at home, society is influenced for Christ.
